Techenomics’ Total Fluid Management Services provide condition monitoring through oil analysis, lubricant and fuel management, recycling of waste lubricants and management of other waste products.

Our site-based personnel work with the client’s existing maintenance systems. They utilise modern database technology to manage fuel usage; creating databases for equipment/ compartment/ lubricants, for lubricant analysis results, and for thermography and vibrational analysis data. They also use electronic temperature tracking for specific problem compartments.

Our total fluid management services personnel employ a handheld device which interfaces with the main database for on-site route verification, auditing of work and equipment inspection reports.

For each specific situation, TFMS formulates an ongoing internal improvement process to identify and prioritise lubricant and fuel problems and develop solutions for the client.
