Staff are backbone of Techenomics’ total fluid management package
The staff at Techenomics are behind the total fluid management provider’s longevity and ongoing success – making lubricants more effective and enabling customers to be in control of their equipment.
“Yes, we have state-of-the-art equipment operated in accredited laboratories and provide the right data to customers in a timely manner through our Blue Oceans software, but it is the staff who are the backbone of the business which has been operating for more than 30 years,” according to CEO Chris Adsett.
“Our team is our family, and it includes many exceptional people with invaluable skills and experience along with great knowledge of the business.
“People like Freddy Tamara, general manager of our Indonesian business, PT. Tekenomiks Indonesia (PTTI), who has been with the company since 2008.”
Freddy is responsible for coordinating all management roles, controlling marketing activity and daily operations, and development of the company in Indonesia, whether it be in the mining hotpots of Kalimantan, in Jakarta or Batam.
He said he enjoyed meeting clients, helping solve their problems and fulfilling their needs, which combined to constantly improve the performance of PTTI.
Freddy said he saw every challenge as exactly that, “a challenge that needs to be overcome or solved”.
He also appreciates the need for the company to continue developing. “I think competitors grow, and we really need to continue improving our methods and technology to help our customers improve productivity as well as attract the attention of potential customers.
“We have always done this and will continue to do so, adopting new technology to help customers get more from their lubricants.”
Freddy said he was proud to be part of a dynamic team that offered a complete package service to solve customer problems relating to oil analysis, contamination control problems and condition monitoring.
“I do all I can to ensure that Techenomics is a brand related to oil analysis and condition monitoring services, and that the team in Indonesia is always striving to achieve this goal.”
Adsett said that Freddy and all other team members were always happy to share their knowledge and expertise, and were constantly striving to improve their capabilities through training.
“Combining our expert staff, our equipment and trending patterns, we are able to predict maintenance issues before they arise.
“This gives customers greater control of their equipment to ensure maximum usage and productivity,” Adsett added.
“Our lubrication and fuel services reduce maintenance costs for mobile and fixed plant equipment, irrespective of the industry.”
