Techenomics has the experts for all fluid management needs
Fully trained, knowledgeable staff “make the business tick”
The family at Techenomics includes many exceptional people with valuable skills and experience along with great knowledge of the business to make fluid management count where it matters most, for the benefit of customers.
“The staff make the business tick,” CEO Chris Adsett said, “using state-of-the art technology and equipment in ISO 17025 accredited labs to provide accurate and relevant oil analysis and fluid management information.
“Not only is this data provided to customers to make their lubricants more effective and their engines and mechanical equipment more reliable and productive, but staff members are also always happy to share their knowledge.
“In this way, customers are more in control of their equipment – able to take samples, assess the results provided through our Blue Oceans software and implement measures to ensure maximum usage and productivity,” he said.
Techenomics has operated its specialised oil analysis program throughout Australia and Indonesia for more than 30 years with the business steadily growing into other parts of the world, including Mongolia.
Today, Techenomics focuses on its Total Fluid Management Services (TFMS), operating ISO 17025 accredited laboratories and consulting services.
Expert staff in these laboratories conduct lubricant analysis on used oils and greases, and analyse wear debris.
TFMS is operated by site-based teams who establish and maintain condition monitoring programs and manage the total lubricant cycle at the clients’ facilities.
“The independent Total Fluid Management Services of Techenomics are about identifying opportunities for proactive, precision maintenance and solving reliability issues,” Adsett said.
“Precision maintenance is doing all the small things very well, like aligning your equipment very well or maintaining very clean hydraulic oil. It’s important because these sorts of issues often cause poor equipment life across the plan.
“Combining our expert staff, our equipment and trending patterns, we predict maintenance issues before they arise.
“While our methods are tried and true, we do not rest on our laurels and staff are in constant training, applying up-to-date and relevant knowledge to the benefit of customers.“
“Our training programs are not generic programs, they are custom developed for clients and aim to eliminate customers’ specific problems and are always results-orientated,” he added.
