New Global General Manager IFWS2 will drive use of unique lubricant enhancing technology

The use of inorganic fullerene-like tungsten disulphide (IFWS2) makes a significant different to the effectiveness of lubricants resulting in better engine and hydraulic equipment performance, reduced maintenance costs, increased productivity and fewer emissions.

Techenomics, which distributes this unique IFWS2 nano-technology product developed by NIS throughout its network and exclusively to the mining industry, aims to spread the message far and wide through the appointment of Paul Lipsham as Global General Manager IFWS2.

Paul Lipsham has extensive experience in mining and mobile equipment as well as sales and marketing into those business areas. Among the companies he has worked for and gained experience with are BHP Group, Liebherr and RMA group.

In the new role, he will work with existing IFWS2 users to support them and extol the benefits of synergy across all geographic and market segments.

He will also drive new business in existing markets as well as in new markets and new geographic regions.

Global General Manager IFWS2Techenomics CEO Chris Adsett said: “This is an exciting development for the group and one that I’m sure will provide considerable new growth.

“Having worked with companies such as BHP, Liebherr and RMA, the experience will be invaluable and I am certain that Paul will complement our existing dedicated and talented staff.”

Paul Lipsham said: “I look forward to working with the existing team to grow the Techenomics brand together and spread the word about IFWS2 and its many benefits that have been proven time and again by Techenomics’ ongoing tests and trials.”

Despite the travel and social distancing measures presented by COVID-19 pandemic globally, it is still pretty much business as usual for Techenomics, which has always operated by way of a largely online and geographically diverse model.

The appointment of Paul Lipsham will support this model through the use of internet, video conferencing, social media interaction and Techenomics’ Blue Oceans software.

He said: “We are fortunate the internet and many modern developments allow us to continue with our business and supporting our customers through these difficult times. Without these life would certainly be much different than now.

“Remaining healthy also means keeping ourselves and families mentally fit and one sure way is to think every day of what we are thankful for.”

Chris Adsett said IFWS2 had applications right across the company’s total fluid management services as its helped customers get more out of their oils and lubricants.

“Through the appointment of Paul, who will work closely with the company and its clients, we will be able to spread the IFWS2 message much further and to a broader audience and help clients to become more productive while also helping to make a cleaner and greener world.”
