Proven benefits of IFWS2 lubricant additives
Successful customer experiences continue to impress
Sugraa discusses some of her experiences with the #NIS #Liquid Tungsten additives. She was recently nominated for the Austcham Women in Mining awards in Mongolia.
At Techenomics we continue to prove the benefits in tests and trials of adding the Inorganic Fullerene-like Tungsten Disulphide (IFWS2) particles developed by Nanotech Industrial Solutions (NIS) to lubricants.
Our customers also continue to tell us of the success they are having in boosting lubricant life and performance, reducing maintenance downtime and costs, improving fuel consumption and lowering their environmental footprint by using IFWS2.
As a distributor for the NIS IFWS2 products throughout our network and exclusive distributor to the mining industry, we have been introducing the TESTED, PROVEN and TRUSTED products with anti-friction and anti-wear properties to our customers who are using it in various applications.
One of them said: “Being a customer of Techenomics, we were introduced to the nano additive during a scheduled oil analysis. Comparing our results overtime before and after using the additive we have seen the amazing job it has done. By using IFWS2 additive, we reduced PQ and also Fe 75% – a great result.”
We have shown that IFWS2 achieves impressive results while operating in various applications in diverse climatic conditions, such as Australia, Indonesia and Mongolia.
Not all lubricants are created equal – liquid lubricants freeze in extreme cold and also lose their effectiveness in a heated engine and in heavy-load transmission systems. The NIS liquid tungsten nanoparticles circumvent these issues.
Being spherical and inert, the product is able to smooth metallic surfaces, which not only reduces friction and wear but also prevents the chemical reactions that can occur in asperities and damaged metal surfaces.
The TESTED, PROVEN and TRUSTED particles from NIS are becoming a REAL solution to industrial lubrication issues and add value to the total fluid management services we provide at Techenomics.
