Techenomics working virtually with customers

Despite difficult global times the company is looking to the future
Techenomics International is maintaining a high level of service to customers while taking all necessary steps to operate remotely as part of global measures aimed at preventing the further spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.

CEO Chris Adsett says despite the challenges, the majority of the company’s total fluid management services can still be very effectively performed by the highly qualified and experienced technical staff.

“Under the current climate and where necessary some of our teams are operating under the appropriate social distancing rules applicable to that country while other staff are working remotely.

“We do not have to be on-site or on-location to continue adding value to your business as our consulting and support options provide rapid problem-solving and professional care for superior results.”

The pandemic has brought most international travel and much domestic travel to a standstill and, as a company, Techenomics is taking all responsible efforts to ensure minimal disruption to its services, maximum benefits to clients and, importantly, that the risk to staff, their families and clients is minimised.

Chris Adsett says because Techenomics is already a vertically integrated business all of the outcomes are already available on the cloud while a number of videos are being prepared to replace face-to-face training.

Despite the difficult and unprecedented times, Techenomics continues to look to the future, seeking better ways of servicing customers through its total fluid management services with value added by distribution of the Inorganic Fullerene-like Tungsten Disulphide (IFWS2) particles from NIS.

Techenomics is examining how its services and products can be enhanced through new technology and better practices, thereby ensuring that oil and other lubricants are more effective and last longer for the benefit of users.

In the last 12 months Techenomics has expanded its offerings into Africa, strengthened its presence in Singapore and is looking at other locations beyond the existing markets in Asia and Australia.

Indonesia is a large market for the company but there are many more emerging opportunities. A new full laboratory service is now offered out of the nation’s largest city, Jakarta, providing a total fluid management service as well as the provision of NIS’s Liquid Tungsten products to industry.

The company has also recently restructured its Indonesian division, PT Tekenomiks Indonesia (PTTI). Freddy Tamara has been formally appointed as Acting General Manager PTTI with full responsibility for the operations, marketing, commercial and business development of the business in Indonesia.

Techenomics CEO Chris Adsett said, “I’m looking forward to working with Freddy to further develop PTTI and achieve the full potential of our exclusive arrangements with NIS for Liquid Tungsten.”

Teguh Santoso has also been appointed Commercial GM for PTTI, a role that incorporates commercial, HR, ISO, quality control and chief technical and development chemist.

PTTI will be further supported by Technical Services Manager – East Kalimantan, Rachmad Zulkurnain, who will further develop Techenomics’ digital wares and offerings to PTTI customers and this will include further development of Blue Oceans software and digital data capture.

Further afield, preliminary discussions are ongoing with a company that operates laboratories in the USA and Canada regarding a possible collaboration. As Techenomics website has 3000 visitors from US, the company believes that any form of collaboration would be beneficial for all concerned.
