Techenomics Employee profile – Lkhagvasuren Turbat
Lkhagvasuren Turbat, a Petroleum Chemical Engineer in our Mongolia Team. During his study in National University of Mongolia he was awarded the best student, today he is
the Development Supervisor of our current Blue Ocean Software project. In 5 and half years with Techenomics, Lkhagva has been assigned on more than one critical role.
He was at one point our Lab Specialist which reflects his in depth knowledge and understanding regarding our analysis and reporting processes. Besides being a full time
engineer, Lkhagva is also a devoted husband and father of two, his story is simply mesmerizing as well as inspiring.
1) How do you manage your work/life balance?
For me maintaining a work-life balance isn’t a static goal, maintaining balance means having the flexibility to constantly shift when necessary. In my opinion, being busy with work and life can still include maintaining a balance.
2) What is the most challenging part of your job?
Figuring out how to materialize an idea into a real life accomplishment in the midst of constant changes and competition has to be the most challenging part of my job. Fortunately for me, my working environment and colleagues are incredibly supportive
and positive towards my progress.
