There are a number of ways you can get feedback or answers to any of your questions.
If you receive your reports via email, then you have the choice of either reply to the Laboratory through your email or simply pick up the phone and call.
On the other hand, if you are viewing your results online through the Blue Oceans system, then you can simply submit a comment or question through the direct email system whilst viewing your analysis results. All you have to do is type your question into the comment section and hit save, this will email the question immediately to the Laboratory.
After you have submitted a question, the lab will reply and the response will go directly below the report.
If you have any issue using this system or believe you can’t wait for a response, then simply call the lab and they will assist straight away.
