Hi,
Sorry it has been awhile since I shared my thoughts and ideas with you. Over the past few weeks our Mongolian Operations have consolidated with Francisco Bernabe taking over as the country manager, Andaru Gusnawan as the Laboratory Operations manager and Anuu Mandul being appointed as the office administration officer. I’m pleased with our staffing structure now and with the support of our world wide technical support staff we are well poised to provide a very complete, broad and extensive condition monitoring service to all industrial segments in Mongolia and especially the mining industry.
I’m proud of the progress that has been made and the strong relationship that we have established with virtually all of the substantial miners. A delivery of equipment on Friday now completes the equipment requirements to us to be to do do about 5000 oil analysis samples per month, coolant analysis, grease analysis, fuel analysis and transformer oil analysis. The widest range of condition monitoring testing available in Mongolia from any other service provider.
Which brings to mind an interesting situation where our main competitor found it necessary to “spy” on our operations by poising as a mining company who required an oil analysis supplier. They left some samples and payed cash. Unfortunately they displayed a complete lack of professionalism and understanding of their business by not providing even the basic information required for oil analysis.
I’m still intrigued why an agent of such a proud and significant mining equipment manufacturer such as Caterpillar would need to ;
1. Send samples to us that were to difficult for them to analyse.
2.Need photos of our laboratory to help them set up their laboratory.
Anyhow they are welcome to come visit and chat about sending their samples to us at any time. They will receive a warm welcome.
On a more personal level, Our Brand Ambassador, Tuul Tomorok is currently in Korea competing in the Face of Asia contest, so the face of Techenomics may soon be the face of Asia as well. Good luck Tuul from all the team at Techenomics.
See you all soon.
