Leading lubrication and condition monitoring specialist Techenomics International is setting up a new laboratory in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, to cater for the country’s growing mining industry.
Techenomics aim in Mongolia is to operate as it does throughout Australia, Asia and Madagascar, and help companies reduce maintenance costs, extend the life of their equipment, lower unscheduled downtime and save companies millions by providing preventative maintenance tools to the mining industry.
Initially the laboratory in Mongolia will provide services for a full range of oil analysis tests for engine oil, all other lubricated compartments and hydraulic oil. The laboratory will also provide on line vibration analysis for fixed plant and selected specialty lubricants such as wire rope lubes and drill pipe greases.
A team from Techenomics recently attended the Future Mongolia exhibition to introduce the service to Mongolian industry and the company’s CEO Chris Adsett is delighted with the response.
“We were very pleased with the outcome of the exhibition as we received well over 100 serious visitors out of which we believe many new opportunities will develop.”
“Progress in getting established in Ulaanbaatar is steady, though we are still awaiting the completion of our business registration.” Continues Mr Adsett.
As well as setting up the laboratory Techenomics have signed Mongolian Model, Tuul Tomorok as the companies Brand Ambassador after Tuul successfully represented the company at Future Mongolia.
“We are pleased to say that you will be seeing more of Tuul who has agreed to join us as a brand ambassador. Tuul is a professional Mongolian model who is also studying a degree in IT.” Explains Mr Adsett.
“We will use Tuul across all our key markets and hope to have her visiting Australia, Asia and Madagascar as our Brand Ambassador very soon”.
Techenomics have appointed various staff members in Mongolia including Anuu (Bazar Mandy) who will assist with the establishment of the laboratory and customer relations.
