An International Industrial Company that operates throughout Indonesia, parts of Asian and Australia is seeking an experienced Chief accountant to head up its finance department.
The company is growing strongly and needs strong financial management to support the growing sales base.
The position will be based in Newcastle.
Requirements of the position are;
- Well recognised qualification in Accounting.
- Experience as Finance controller or as the Accountant of an Industrial Company working in multi currencies.
- Extensive experience in similar roles.
- Knowledge of taxation and regulatory requirements including exposure to international situations.
- Experience with capital raising and financial analyses of investment opportunities.
- Routine financial reporting to the board of directors.
- Control of cash flow and Treasury.
- Working knowledge of MYOB.
