Filter Barrels
Filter Barrels eliminate inadequate filtration of contaminants in gearboxes. The breather filter system can fail due to contamination of the oil vapour by dust ingress, or the use of silicon sealer. Excess pressure placed on seals (when breathers were blocked) can also cause breather filter failure.
Reduced efficiency of gearbox lubrication and filtration systems lead to higher maintenance costs, due to more frequent part replacements, and more frequent oil changes. Once fitted, Filter Barrels will eliminate these problems and increase the working life of both oil and components.
Fuel Conditioners

Magnetic Plug Inspection
Techenomics have been performing on-site magnetic plug inspections on equipment fleets, such as haul trucks, rear dumps, dozers and loaders, since 2002. These inspections identify iron wear generation.
