We are seeking a General Manager to join our growing company that has the skills necessary to develop new opportunities within markets whist maintaining the current clients. This opportunity is for a reliable and experienced Manager with previous experience in Condition Monitoring or simular. The successful applicant will most likely have tertiary qualifications or simular. The advantage of this position is the location, Singleton Australia, located in the centre of the Hunter Valley; it has prime Vineyards that are within 20 minutes from town.
The successful applicant would require the following:

• Previous experience in Condition Monitoring or similar, and held a previous Management role
• Ability to manage staff and communicate with clients at a profession level
• Ability to travel on short notices
• Be able to budget for multiple cost centres
• Develop new Condition Monitoring Laboratories
• Have the ability to write and understand Oil analysis results
• Have a full understanding on Lubricants and lubricant types
• Be able to work with and support company personnel in their roles
• Occupational Health and Safety
• Producing growth and delivering company objectives
• You must be able to work to deadlines and schedules

To be successful, you must have previous experience in Management or a tertiary education. You must have 3 years experience and be able to demonstrate knowledge of Condition Monitoring; you must be a keen, honest, reliable and have a desire to achieve goals.
Salary is negotiable upon experience and skill base.

Technical Services Engineer or IT Systems Engineer
An exciting opportunity exists within Techenomics International for a technical Engineer with the necessary skills required to maintain an existing IT infrastructure as well as provide our lab staff with technical support in Mechanical Operations.
This role is full time and located in Singleton, Australia.
Techenomics is a leader in the Oil Analysis field, with its head office in Australia; Techenomics operates throughout Indonesia, Bangkok, Madagascar and China. Techenomics core business role is Oil Analysis; other services provided are specialty lubricants, filtration, magnetic plugs, Hydraulic flushing, Fuel, coolant and grease testing.
This role requires a hard working; keen, reliable, enthusiastic person capable of maintaining our current IT needs as well as producing new and cost effective measures across all the Techenomics sites, you will need to have a Mechanical Aptitude and be able to provide support to our lab staff, to be successful for this position, you will be required to have the following skills:

• Formal Qualifications would be well considered
• Have sound Mechanical Knowledge
• Willing to learn new things
• Work well within a large group
• Strong people management and leadership skills
• Provide Help Desk support and maintain our IT systems and architecture and help to provide integrated, responsive IT strategies to meet the requirements so that reliable and supportive IT systems are used for business decisions.
• Maintain development of our company website and Blue Oceans software and working with our 3rd party consultants.
• Experience in all Microsoft windows and Office programs is a must
• Capable of administering remote desktop and terminal services sessions over a large organisation
• Communicate with hosting companies and ensure the DNS names are working correctly
• Demonstrated experience in team building, coaching and motivating consistent with organisational goals
• Good knowledge of hardware and networking concepts
• Current Drivers Licence
