An exciting opportunity exists within Techenomics International for an IT Manager with the necessary skills required to maintain an existing infrastructure as well as design and implement future expansions for the company.

This current role is full time and located in Balikpapan, Indonesia.

Techenomics is an International company with its head office in Australia; Techenomics operates throughout Indonesia, Bangkok, Madagascar and China. Techenomics core business role is Oil Analysis; other services provided are specialty lubricants, filtration, magnetic plugs, Hydraulic flushing, Fuel, coolant and grease testing.

This role requires a hard working; keen, reliable, enthusiastic person capable of maintaining our current IT needs as well as producing new and cost effective measures across all the Techenomics sites, to be successful for this position, you will be required to have the following skills:

• Strong people management and leadership skills
• Advise on gaps in the IT systems and architecture and help to provide integrated, responsive IT strategies to meet these so that reliable and supportive IT systems are used for business decisions.
• Experience in ASP.NET - MYSQL -HTML for future development of our company website and Blue Oceans software will be classed as an advantage
• Experience in all Microsoft windows versions as well as office
• Capable of administering remote desktop and terminal services sessions over a large organisation
• Communicate with hosting companies and ensure the DNS names are working correctly
• Demonstrated experience in team building, coaching and motivating consistent with organisational goals
• Good knowledge of hardware and networking concepts You must be positive, enjoy life and connect with those around you.

We are currently seeking a Laboratory Manager to join our growing company. This opportunity is for a reliable and experienced Manager in the Oil Analysis Industry.

The successful applicant would require the following:

• 3 years experience in an Oil Analysis Laboratory or similar, previous Management position is preferred
• Ability to manage staff and communicate with clients at a profession level
• Previous experience with Oil Analysis Laboratory equipment
• To be able to identify equipment faults and recommend corrective actions
• Be able to read calibration data and highlight areas of concern
• Report writing on Oil analysis results
• Recommend actions to be taken on results
• Interpretation on equipment components
• Demonstrate knowledge of component functions and wear metals
• Be able to trend elements and identify wear patterns
• Demonstrate ability to follow methods and procedures
• Demonstrate ability to work to deadlines and schedules
• Committed to safety
• Must have the ability to travel and relocate if necessary
• Computer experience is essential

To be successful, you must have previous experience in Condition Monitoring. You must demonstrate knowledge of Condition Monitoring Methods. You must have at least 3 years experience in an Oil analysis Laboratory, You must be keen, honest, reliable and have a desire to achieve goals.
Salary is negotiable upon experience and skill base.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a senior level Operations Manager to join this large scale operation . Providing technical support to the Operations both in the Laboratory and the Field, you will promote a healthy culture focused on Health & Safety whilst working to ensure the Laboratory assets are maximised and targets are achieved.

Real accomplishment will be achieved through supporting sales and development through commissioning and operation of strong relationships with contractors, reporting staff, senior management and other stakeholders. You will be challenged with the management of budgeting, forecasting and cost control and be expected to effectively manage continuous improvement activities within this unique environment.

Experienced managers with the motivation to progress forward will best suite this role. As a strong leader and people manager you will demonstrate high levels of written & verbal skills with advanced software experience.
